Subdivision 1.Commencement of corporate existence. The corporate existence of a cooperative begins when the articles are filed with the secretary of state. Subd. 2.Perpetual existence unless limited. Cooperatives have perpetual duration unless the cooperative provides for a limited period of duration of corporate existence in the articles.
