Text

A deed or other instrument of conveyance of a right, title, or interest in any cemetery land or lot in a cemetery in this state executed before March 31, 1927, conveying the land or plot to a corporation authorized to acquire, hold, and convey title to real estate is lawful and conveys all right, title, and interest of the grantor to the corporation. By the conveyance, the corporation acquires all right, title, and interest that the grantor had in the land and property subject to any limitations contained in the instrument of conveyance. The corporation has the right to convey the property for cemetery purposes to any city of the first class in this state, including those organized and operating under a home rule charter adopted under the Minnesota Constitution, and the state laws relating
