Text
A trust company or board of trustees acting as trustees under sections306.76,306.77,306.78,306.79, and this section shall on the first day of each year make a complete written report to the association of the condition and state of the fund in its hands. The report must at all times be open to the inspection of all owners of lots in the cemetery.
