Text
The notice and proceedings under sections306.16to306.20, concerning cemetery lots, shall distinctly describe by metes and bounds the part of a cemetery lot unused for burial purposes. The association or public cemetery shall leave sufficient passage to and from any grave upon the lot, either by dedicated streets or alleys in the cemetery or by leaving unused a part of the cemetery sufficient for that purpose.
