Subdivision 1. [Repealed,3Sp1981 c 2 art 1 s 75] Subd.

2.[Repealed,3Sp1981 c 2 art 1 s 75] Subd. 3.Other instruments. A fee of $50 shall be paid to the secretary of state for filing any instrument, other than the annual report required by section303.14, required or permitted to be filed under the provisions of this chapter. The fees shall be paid at the time of the filing of the instrument.
