Text
Subdivision 1.Manner and form. In proceedings referred to in section302A.751to dissolve a corporation, the court may require all creditors and claimants of the corporation to file their claims pursuant to section576.49. The receiver or any party in interest may object to any claim pursuant to section576.50. Subd.
