Text
Subdivision 1.Qualifications.
Any person qualified under section576.26may be appointed as receiver. A receiver shall give bond as required by section576.27.
Subd. 2.Powers.
A receiver may sue and defend all actions as receiver of the corporation. The court appointing the receiver has exclusive jurisdiction over the corporation, the receiver, and all receivership property pursuant to section576.23.
