Text

(a)An employer who violates a provision of sections299F.091to299F.099or a rule or order adopted or made under the authority of those sections, that is determined by rule not to be a violation of a serious nature, may be assessed a fine not to exceed $1,000.
(b)An employer who violates a provision of sections299F.091to299F.099or a rule or order adopted or made under the authority of those sections, that is determined by rule to be of a serious nature, must be assessed a fine not to exceed $1,000 for each violation.
(c)An employer who is convicted of knowingly making a false statement, representation, or certification in an application, record, report, plan, or other document filed or required to be maintained under sections299F.091to299F.099is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
