Text

(a)The superintendent of the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension shall maintain a computerized data system relating to petty misdemeanor and misdemeanor offenses that may become eligible for expungement pursuant to section609A.015and which do not require fingerprinting pursuant to section299C.10and are not linked to an arrest record in the criminal history system.
(b)These data are private data on individuals under section13.02, subdivision 12.
