Text
All such licenses shall be issued for a period of one year and shall be posted or displayed in a conspicuous place at the place of business so licensed. The commissioner may adopt such rules in conformity with law as the commissioner deems necessary to effectively and efficiently carry out the provisions of sections28A.01to28A.16.
