Text

Lands becoming the absolute property of the state embraced within any game preserve, created by and established under authority of sections84A.01to84A.101, or any like act, or embraced within any reforestation or flood control project created by and established under authority of sections84A.20to84A.30or sections84A.31to84A.40, except lands in cities, shall not be subject to the provisions of sections282.01to282.13.
