Text

Subdivision 1.Records. A report that is screened out must be maintained according to section260E.35, subdivision 6, paragraph (b). Subd. 2.Offer of social services. A local welfare agency or agency responsible for investigating or assessing a report may use a screened out report for making an offer of social services to the subjects of the screened out report.
