Sections260C.70to260C.714may be cited as "Placements in Qualified Residential Treatment Programs." Sections260C.70to260C.714implement the requirements of the Family First Prevention Services Act of 2018, Public Law 115-123, and apply to children for whom the juvenile treatment screening team under section260C.157, subdivision 3, recommends placement in a qualified residential treatment program.
