If any provision in sections260.751to260.835is held invalid or contrary to the Constitution of the United States or the Minnesota Constitution or the applicability thereof to any government, agency, person, or circumstance is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the provisions in sections260.751to260.835and the applicability thereof to any government, agency, person or circumstance shall not be affected thereby.
