Subdivision 1.Applicability. The commissioner of children, youth, and families must collaborate with the Children's Justice Initiative to ensure that cultural competency training is given to individuals working in the child welfare system, including child welfare workers and supervisors. Training must also be made available to attorneys, juvenile court judges, and family law judges. Subd. 2.Training.

(a)The commissioner must develop training content and establish the frequency of trainings for child welfare workers and supervisors.
