Subdivision 1.Replacement birth record. Upon compliance with the provisions of section257.55, subdivision 1, paragraph (e),257.75, or upon order of a court of this state or upon request of a court of another state, the state registrar of vital records shall prepare a replacement record of birth consistent with the acknowledgment or the findings of the court and shall substitute the replacement certificate for the original record of birth. Subd. 2.Information contained. The fact that the father and child relationship was declared after the child's birth shall not be ascertainable from the replacement certificate but the actual place and date of birth shall be shown.
