Subdivision 1.Appropriations.

(a)$23,000 from the special account authorized by section256.01, subdivision 2, paragraph (n), is annually appropriated to the Office of Ombudsperson for American Indian Families for the purpose of section3.9215.
(b)$69,000 from the special account authorized by section256.01, subdivision 2, paragraph (n), is annually appropriated to the Office of Ombudsperson for Families for the purposes of sections257.0755to257.0768. Subd. 2.Title IV-E reimbursement. The commissioner shall obtain federal title IV-E financial participation for eligible activity by the ombudsperson for families under section257.0755and the ombudsperson for American Indian families under section3.9215.
