Text
A person who obtains or tries to obtain, or aids or abets any person in obtaining assistance to which the person is not entitled by a willfully false statement or representation, or by the intentional withholding or concealment of a material fact, or by impersonation, or other fraudulent device, violates section256.98and is subject to both the criminal and civil penalties in that section.
