Members of the Quality Assurance Commission established under section256B.0951, members of quality assurance review councils established under section256B.0952, quality assurance managers appointed under section256B.0952, and members of quality assurance teams established under section256B.0952are mandated reporters as that term is defined in sections260E.06, subdivision 1, and626.5572, subdivision 16.
