Text

The commissioner of human services shall develop an initiative to provide incentives for innovation in:

(1)achieving integrated competitive employment;
(2)achieving integrated competitive employment for youth under age 25 upon their graduation from school;
(3)living in the most integrated setting; and (4) other outcomes determined by the commissioner. The commissioner shall seek requests for proposals and shall contract with one or more entities to provide incentive payments for meeting identified outcomes.
