Subdivision 1. [Repealed,1973 c 717 s 33] Subd. 2.Applicability. The provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1971, section256.25, as to the allowance as claims in the probate court of amounts paid as old age assistance are made applicable to amounts paid as assistance under the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1971, sections256.451to256.475. Subd. 3.Recovery of assistance furnished; apportionment. When any amount shall be recovered from any source for assistance furnished under the provisions of any public assistance program, there shall be paid to the United States the amount which shall be due under the terms of the Social Security Act, and the balance thereof shall be paid into the treasuries of the state and county, substantially in the proportion in which they respectively contributed tow
