Subdivision 1.Refrigeration. If the license holder provides refrigeration at service sites owned or leased by the license holder for storing perishable foods and perishable portions of bag lunches, whether the foods are supplied by the license holder or the persons receiving services, the refrigeration must have a temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Subd. 2.Drinking water. Drinking water must be available to all persons receiving services. If a person is unable to request or obtain drinking water, it must be provided according to that person's individual needs. Drinking water must be provided in single-service containers or from drinking fountains accessible to all persons. Subd. 3.Individuals who become ill during the day.
