Subdivision 1.Internal review. License holders serving children are subject to the requirements of section142B.54, subdivision 1. Subd. 2. [Renumbered142B.54, subd 2] Subd. 3. [Renumbered142B.54, subd 3] Subd. 4.Ongoing training requirement.

(a)In addition to the orientation training required by the applicable licensing rules and statutes, children's residential facility license holders must provide a training annually on the maltreatment of minors reporting requirements and definitions in chapter 260E to each mandatory reporter, as described in section260E.06, subdivision 1.
