Subdivision 1.Seat belt and child passenger restraint system use. All license holders that transport children must comply with the requirements of section142B.51, subdivision 1, and license holders that transport a child or children under nine years of age must document training that fulfills the requirements in section142B.51, subdivision 2. Subd.
