Subdivision 1.Scope.

(a)This section applies to providers of the following mental health services for children:
(1)emergency services as defined in sections245.4871, subdivision 14, and245.4879;
(2)family community support services as defined in section245.4871, subdivision 17;
(3)day treatment services as defined in section245.4871, subdivision 10;
(4)therapeutic support of foster care as defined in section245.4871, subdivision 34;
(5)professional home-based family treatment as defined in sections245.4871, subdivision 31, and245.4884, subdivision 3; and
(6)mental health crisis services as defined in sections245.4871, subdivision 24a, and245.488, subdivision 3.
(b)Providers of mental health services for children under paragraph (a) must meet the requirements of this section before
