Text
Subdivision 1.Federal aid or block grants. The commissioner of human services may comply with all conditions and requirements necessary to receive federal aid or block grants with respect to the establishment, construction, maintenance, equipment or operation, for all the people of this state, of adequate facilities and services as specified in section245.70. Subd.
