Text
The commissioner shall adopt emergency rules to govern implementation of case management services for eligible children in section245.4881and professional home-based family treatment services for medical assistance eligible children, in section245.4884, subdivision 3, by January 1, 1992, and must adopt permanent rules by January 1, 1993.
The commissioner shall adopt permanent rules as necessary to carry out sections245.461to245.486and245.487to245.4889. The commissioner shall reassign agency staff as necessary to meet this deadline.
By January 1, 1994, the commissioner shall adopt permanent rules specifying program requirements for family community support services.
