4.[Repealed,1993 c 337 s 20] Subd. 5.Report on preadmission screening. The commissioner shall review the statutory preadmission screening requirements for psychiatric hospitalization, both in the regional treatment centers and other hospitals, to determine if changes in preadmission screening are needed. The commissioner shall deliver a report of the review to the legislature by January 31, 1990.
