Text
If an individual on probation elects not to participate in the sanctions conference, the probation officer may:
(1)ask the court to initiate revocation proceedings or refer the matter to the appropriate prosecuting authority for action under section609.14; or
(2)take action to apprehend and detain the individual under section244.1951.
