Except as provided in sections237.76to237.773, a telephone company subject to a plan approved under sections237.764and237.773, shall comply with any state or federal laws governing the provision of telephone services. Nothing contained in sections237.76to237.773is intended in any way to change or modify the definitions contained in section237.01or what constitutes the provision of telephone service under this chapter or other laws.
