Text
The rates of a telephone company under a plan must be the same in all geographic locations of the state except for good cause. A plan may contain provisions that define good cause, including consideration of the ability to respond to competition. Sections237.09,237.121, and237.60, subdivision 3, apply to a telephone company under a plan.
