Text
The commissioner of commerce must prepare a report for presentation to the Public Utilities Commission by March 31 each year. Each report must review the accessibility of telecommunications services to persons who have communication disabilities, describe services provided, account for annual revenues and expenditures, and include anticipated future program operations.
