Text
A telecommunications service provider shall not participate in intrastate call routing practices that result in failures of calls to be delivered to a local provider within Minnesota. A telecommunications service provider and a registered wholesale transport provider are prohibited from knowingly contracting with a wholesale transport provider that is not registered with the commission under section237.132.
