Text
Sections219.45to219.53apply to a person, corporation, or anyone owning, operating, or maintaining a structure or obstruction adjacent to railway tracks and to a corporation, receiver of the corporation, or any person while engaged as a common carrier in the transportation by railroad of passengers or property to which the regulative powers of this state extend, except a railway operated by the electric trolley system.
