Text

(a)If a provision of sections216B.491to216B.499conflicts with other law regarding the attachment, assignment, perfection, effect of perfection, or priority of a security interest in or transfer of extraordinary event property, sections216B.491to216B.499govern.
(b)Nothing in this section precludes a utility for which the commission has initially issued a financing order from applying to the commission for:
(1)a subsequent financing order amending the financing order under section216B.492, subdivision 4, paragraph (d); or
(2)approval to issue extraordinary event bonds to refund all or a portion of an outstanding series of extraordinary event bonds.
