Text
A candidate for political subdivision office must not accept contributions from the principal campaign committee of a candidate as defined in section10A.01, subdivision 34. A candidate for political subdivision office must not make contributions to a principal campaign committee, unless the contribution is made from the personal funds of the candidate for political subdivision office.
