Text
Subdivision 1.Payment of fee.
It shall be unlawful for any person to pay any county veterans service officer or any employee under the officer or for any county veterans service officer or employee under the officer to receive any fee directly or indirectly for any service rendered in securing any benefit referred to in section197.603.
Subd. 2.Gross misdemeanor.
Any person who shall commit an act unlawful under subdivision 1 shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
