Subdivision 1.Definitions. For purposes of this section, the terms defined in this subdivision have the meanings given them.

(1)"Computer" has the meaning given in United States Code, title 18, section 1030.
(2)"Damage" has the meaning given in United States Code, title 18, section 1030.
(3)"Government computer" means a computer owned or operated by or on behalf of the United States government or the state of Minnesota. Subd. 2.Crime defined. Any person subject to this code who:
(1)knowingly accesses a government computer with an unauthorized purpose and by doing so obtains classified information, with reason to believe the information could be used to the injury of the United States or the state of Minnesota or to the advantage of any foreign nation, and intentionally communicates,
