Text

(a)A person subject to this code who, while in any duty status defined in section190.05, subdivision 5, submits to a urinalysis test, the result of which is positive for a controlled substance described in paragraph (b), shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
(b)For purposes of this section, "controlled substance" includes the following:
(1)opium, heroin, cocaine, amphetamine, lysergic acid diethylamide, methamphetamine, phencyclidine, barbituric acid, and marijuana and any compound or derivative of any such substance;
(2)any substance not specified in clause (1) that is listed on a schedule of controlled substances prescribed by the president of the United States for the purposes of the Uniform Code of Military Justice of the armed forces of the United States, United States
