Subdivision 1.
MS 2022 [Repealed by amendment,2024 c 100 s 7]
Subd. 2.Service member data.
Notwithstanding any provision of chapter 13 or other state law, all confidential data on individuals and private data on individuals, as defined by section13.02, subdivisions 3and 12, pertaining to any service member of the military forces and maintained by any government entity, including but not limited to investigative reports and law enforcement data collected and defined under section13.82, must be made accessible to the adjutant general of the Minnesota National Guard upon request of the Office of the State Judge Advocate, except for data under chapter 5B.
