Text
The commissioner may waive all or part of the examination requirements provided for in sections18B.29to18B.35on a reciprocal basis with any other jurisdiction which has substantially the same requirements. Licenses or certificates issued under sections18B.29to18B.35may be suspended or revoked upon suspension or revocation of the license or certificate of another jurisdiction supporting the issuance of a Minnesota license or certificate and in the same manner as other licenses and certificates.
