Text

Subdivision 1.Commissioner reports. The commissioner shall make all reports to the United States Department of Labor which are required by the assistant secretary of labor. Subd. 2.Employer reports. Employers shall make all reports to the commissioner and to the assistant secretary of the United States Department of Labor as are required.
