Subdivision 1.Department's authority; cooperation with other departments. The department has sole authority and responsibility for the administration and enforcement of this chapter. Any other department or official of this state or political subdivision thereof which would in any way affect the administration or enforcement of this chapter shall cooperate and coordinate all such activities with the department to assure orderly and efficient administration and enforcement of this chapter. Subd. 2.Contracts and cooperation with federal government.
