Text

The division, a compensation judge and the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals have the same powers and duties in matters relating to state employees as they have in relation to other employees. Except as specifically provided otherwise in this chapter, the procedure for determining the liability of the state for compensation is the same as that applicable in other cases.
