Text
Subdivision 1.Heads of state departments to report accidents to employees.
Except as provided in subdivision 2, the head of a department of the state shall report each accident which occurs to an employee as and in the manner required by this chapter.
Subd. 2.Contents.
The report need not contain a statement relating to liability to pay compensation as required by this chapter.
