Text
The commissioner shall give the same effect for driver licensing purposes to conduct reported from a licensing authority or court in another state or province or territory of Canada that the commissioner would give to conduct reported from a court or other agency of this state, whether or not the other state or province or territory of Canada is a party to the Driver License Compact in section171.50. The conduct to be given effect by the commissioner includes a report of conviction for an offense enumerated in section171.50, article IV, or an offense described in sections171.17and171.18.
