Text
Subdivision 1.Executive head.
For purposes of sections171.50to171.56, with reference to this state, the term "executive head" means the governor of Minnesota.
Subd. 2.Licensing authority.
For purposes of sections171.50to171.56, the term "licensing authority" with reference to this state means the Driver's License Division of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety.
