Text
All licenses expire one year from the date of issuance and may be renewed upon application to the commissioner. Each application for an original or renewal school license must be accompanied by a fee of $150 and each application for an original or renewal instructor's license must be accompanied by a fee of $50. The license fees collected under sections171.33to171.41must be paid into the driver and vehicle services operating account under section299A.705. A license fee must not be refunded in the event that the license is rejected or revoked.
