Subdivision 1.Review of convictions. The commissioner shall review court records of convictions subject to section171.165, other than a violation of section169A.20,169A.31, sections169A.50to169A.53, or section171.177, if the commissioner has reasonable cause to believe the information is pertinent to the disqualification of an individual. Subd. 2.Notification to commercial driver's license holder or applicant. The commissioner shall notify the applicant or license holder and the individual who is the subject of a review, in writing, of the results of the review. The commissioner shall notify the individual reviewed if the information contained in the review could cause license disqualification. Subd. 3.Reconsideration of license disqualification.
