Subdivision 1.Petroleum products facilities. The commissioner may require a state agency which has facilities for the storage and distribution of gasoline and other petroleum products to furnish gasoline and other petroleum products to any other state agency and shall require payment to compensate for the cost of those products. The commissioner shall prescribe all procedures for the guidance of state agencies in carrying out the requirements of this section. Subd. 2.Appropriation. Money paid by one state agency to another to compensate for the cost of products furnished under subdivision 1 is annually appropriated to the state agency which furnishes those products.
